The Terms are effective as of May 30th, 2023 and are subject to change without notice by TTCo Pty Ltd. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
10. Refunds & Cancellation: Refunds shall be granted at our sole discretion.
Refunds are to be requested within 7 days of completing the Ignite Change Masterclass 4 week course, including completing all the course commitments and activities and attendance to all coaching calls and live Q&As for the refund to be validated.
Limitations:
To be eligible for the 100% money back guarantee, you MUST be able to show the following:
Your proof of purchase of the Ignite Change Masterclass from Professional Freedom by TTCo Pty Ltd, and you didn’t dispute or chargeback the purchase at any point.
You are currently in a role generating an income.
Evidence that you have implemented all recommendations in the Ignite Change Masterclass from Professional Freedom by TTCo Pty Ltd in which you enrolled. Evidence includes, but isn’t limited to, completing all the course modules (verifiable by TTCo), participation in group coaching sessions and live Q&As, proof that you’ve researched and assessed potential industries and relevant personnel, a complete list of your connections and conversations, and evidence of your Career Blueprint including milestones and actioned items.
You need to submit your claim within 7 days of completing the program, including all course commitments and attendance to coaching calls for the refund to be validated. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
All Performance Guarantee currency references are in Australian Dollars. TTCo reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
We have the absolute discretion to determine whether you have correctly implemented the Ignite Change Masterclass system. If you tamper with the claim process or submit a claim that is misleading or fraudulent, your claim will be rejected. We have 60 calendar days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence. If your claim is approved, we will make the claim payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
